Senior Capture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capture Manager to join our team at Microsoft Federal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for qualifying, shaping, and winning business opportunities focused on complex, transformational, market-making holistic solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Holistic Win Strategies: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive win strategies that integrate Microsoft and partner technical solution considerations.
- Lead Capture Teams: Oversee the analysis of the customer, competitor, and organizational capability using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Define Capture Objectives and Strategy Action Plans: Develop and implement strategy action plans to achieve specific capture objectives.
- Provide End-to-End Orchestration of Strategic Solutions: Work with proposal and technical writing teams to develop written responses to government requirements for customers and Microsoft partners.
- Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Effectively: Provide internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications to bring complex/strategic deals to a close.
- Experience in Government Solutions: 7+ years of customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology, or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience.
- Government Acquisition Guidelines and Compliance: Experience with government acquisition guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Capture Training and Certifications: Capture training or certifications from an industry organization such as Shipley Associates' Capture and Proposal Management or the Association of Record for Bid, Proposal, Business Development, Capture, and Graphics Professionals (APMP).
- Business Development Experience: Experience working effectively across internal and external organizations, business development, strategy, building external relationships, and growing revenue.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead business development initiatives in a fast-paced environment, work with leaders to foster positive partner relationships, and identify and qualify new business opportunities with partners.
