**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support growth initiatives from identification to capture and proposals resulting in new revenue for MetroStar Systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program and project management strategies that align with our company's objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance against plans and budgets, adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and delivery mechanisms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the operations and project management teams.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Active TS//SCI with ability to obtain CI poly.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Preferred).
  • 15 years of experience supporting government missions.
  • 10 years' experience managing enterprise-scale IT or IT-related programs/projects, including scheduling, staffing, planning, cost control, and risk management within the Intelligence Community.
  • Relevant certification(s) in Project/Program Management and Government Contracting and Acquisition (i.e., PMP, ITIL, Scrum, PMI, DAWIA).
