Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with business growth

  • Lead a small, international HR team
  • Oversee performance management systems
  • Administer employee benefits and immigration processes
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employment contracts and records
  • Address HR inquiries from employees in accordance with internal service level agreements
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Standardize and communicate updates to HR operational processes
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations for a distributed workforce
  • Knowledge of global payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Ability to create and implement equitable company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional team leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Proven ability to execute plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management; Master's degree preferred
