Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update company policies and procedures in line with business growth
  • Oversee HR systems and databases
  • Assess HR technology for optimization and efficiency
  • Lead a small, global HR team
  • Manage performance evaluation systems
  • Administer benefits and immigration processes
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employment contracts and records
  • Address HR inquiries from employees in accordance with internal service levels
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Standardize and communicate updates to HR Operations processes
Qualifications We Seek
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations for a distributed workforce
  • Familiarity with global payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Ability to create and implement equitable company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to execute plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management; Master's preferred
