Your Responsibilities:
  • Represent Our Brand: As the Regional Sales Executive, you will embody our company's principles and quality, fostering robust relationships with municipal, state, and large commercial clients.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Implement strategic sales initiatives, pinpoint key prospects, and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline to meet and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Innovate and Persuade: Leverage your creativity and industry expertise to develop compelling sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts that reflect our company's high standards.
  • Collaborate and Guide: Partner closely with the sales support team and provide valuable market insights to enhance our overall strategy and success.
Key Duties:
  • Identify and engage new accounts within Northwestern Washington.
  • Revitalize and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Formulate tailored account strategies and outreach plans.
  • Assess prospects and ensure alignment with our operational capabilities.
  • Manage intricate negotiations and collaborate on contract solutions.
  • Deliver precise sales forecasts and utilize CRM tools effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally in equipment or high-value sales with extended cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in selling to governmental and commercial clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
