The Regional Sales Executive - Manufacturing will concentrate on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the Commercial & Manufacturing sectors. This individual will collaborate with other NTT Data leaders, internal solutions, and support teams to implement the go-to-market strategy. Candidates in this role are seasoned sales professionals dedicated to generating new revenue streams, leveraging their existing connections with market leaders such as CIOs, CTOs, and other non-technical executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving sales exceeding $8M annually.
- Contribute to, monitor, and manage new sales and account planning information.
- Oversee the complete sales process from initial engagement to finalized sales.
- Identify potential clients through various direct methods, including calls and face-to-face meetings, as well as indirect methods like networking.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with prospects.
- Deliver presentations to senior leaders and decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Foster strong partnerships with third-party and partner organizations essential for delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Provide insights to company management regarding market trends, competitive challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance customer value through expanded offerings.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the company and its brand in the marketplace.
Basic Qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience in a relevant sector selling Technology Solutions, including Infrastructure Outsourcing, Application Outsourcing, Systems Implementations, Technology Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing.
- More than 3 years of experience selling solutions in the Commercial / Manufacturing space.
- Must reside in the Greater Seattle area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, applications to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry-specific solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $10 million+ TCV.
- A degree in a Technical or Sales field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Desirable skills include Solution Selling/SPIN techniques. Training in AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, MS Azure Fundamentals, or their latest equivalents is also advantageous.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
