Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Wholesaler for the Texas region to advocate for ProShares Strategic ETFs among various firms and financial advisors. This role encompasses channel segmentation, qualification of financial advisor professionals, coordination of meetings, and oversight of a multi-state territory. The ideal candidate will possess robust investment acumen, outstanding presentation and analytical capabilities, alongside a proven sales aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients with ProShares ETFs and services across diverse channels
  • Effectively nurture and manage client relationships
  • Drive promotion of ProShares products through proactive outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Share insights from the industry and contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales objectives

Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree is required, with advanced qualifications such as CFA or CFP being preferred. Possession of FINRA licenses (7 & 63) is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, specifically in mutual funds and/or ETF sales, is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to clearly articulate product advantages and value propositions
  • Skilled in delivering presentations and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of ETFs and investment products
  • Expertise in investment analytics and client service strategies
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities

Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes is necessary.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $125,000.
