Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical malfunctions on heavy and compact machinery, including excavators, dozers, and wheel loaders.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks tailored to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Address customer service inquiries swiftly and professionally, aiming to meet or surpass departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the service team to deliver superior solutions and uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance executed.
  • Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and safely, complying with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a mechanic specializing in heavy and compact machinery.
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities with mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in field operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in maintaining detailed records and documentation of service activities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
