Responsible for maintaining precise eligibility records for the designated line of business. Inputs system eligibility information daily, including new enrollments, modifications, and terminations. Performs regular audits of group eligibility data to ensure accuracy. Reconciles group eligibility reports with monthly statements. Addresses all written and telephonic eligibility inquiries from individuals or assigned employer groups. Investigates subscriber information to resolve issues and disputes. Upholds quality and productivity standards as established by the department and contributes to special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Skills & Competencies:
Required Skills: 1. Proficiency in Excel 2. Proficiency in Word 3.
