Job Title: Information Technology Specialist I

The Office of Tax Appeals is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce developer to join our team as an Information Technology Specialist I. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing our case management processes and ensuring that our Salesforce workflows meet the business needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize Salesforce workflows to meet business needs
  • Develop custom solutions to address business needs not met by existing workflows
  • Provide back-up support for Servicedesk Support and Salesforce Administrator as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have Information Technology Specialist I list eligibility, transfer eligibility, SROA, surplus or reinstatement rights
  • Must have Salesforce experience and a strong understanding of enterprise-level application development
