Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries by understanding their needs, reviewing previous interactions, and providing accurate information.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer inquiries and responses in their accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Client Services: Provide services including policy changes, conversions, address changes, loan/withdrawal requests, and premium payments.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, and recording data, information, and documents.
  • Quality Service: Monitor standards and manage client expectations, advising supervisors of potential issues.
  • Database Management: Maintain client service databases and electronic folders.
  • Account Management: Assist with client reviews, account management duties, and policy performance reviews.
  • Reporting: Prepare premium reminders, manage client reminder calendars, and generate monthly and quarterly client policy cash value and sub-account reports.
  • Process Audits: Perform and complete newly issued policy audits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, great typing skills, and experience with Office 365 and databases.
  • Personal Qualities: Solution-driven, ability to see an overall picture, and detail-oriented.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with vendors and carriers.
  • Tenacity: Tenacity to follow up and confident in making phone calls.
