Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including administering background checks, using UKG Onboarding to manage new hires and process I-9s, and coordinating with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Terminations: Process terminations, including gathering necessary paperwork, coordinating with other teams, and performing exit interviews.
  • HRIS Management: Utilize UKG HRIS to manage benefits enrollment, time management, and personnel file management.
  • Training and Development: Manage Sexual Harassment Prevention training for employees and assist with benefits coverage questions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Reconcile benefits and pre-screening invoices, process employee name and address changes, and assist with scheduling and planning events and meetings for the internship program.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: Prior Human Resources experience a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000, and the offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
