Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO. This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks, including organization, schedule coordination, travel arrangements, and various special projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong desire to understand the financial dynamics of a media and entertainment company. This position requires in-office presence four days a week.

  • Calendar Management: Oversee a highly active calendar of appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
  • Meeting Logistics: Assist in planning and coordinating meeting logistics as required.
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow up on tasks, and keep the CFO informed of progress.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve executive productivity and organizational effectiveness, proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Professional Interface: Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange appropriate domestic and international travel, ensuring accurate and timely expense reporting.
  • Special Projects: Handle ad hoc project requests, including Amex Reporting, Corporate Subscriptions, and office management tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Strong organizational abilities that demonstrate the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with robust decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • High level of discretion regarding confidential and sensitive information.
  • Critical thinking skills with an intellectually curious and solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $85,000
