Position Overview

The Closet Factory, a prominent national franchisor with a significant presence in the custom storage solutions industry, is in search of a proactive and resourceful individual to provide comprehensive support to the executive leadership team.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal abilities and will be adept at engaging with various levels of staff, from hourly employees to senior management, as well as franchise owners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve assisting the executive leadership (President, CFO, CEO) in strategic planning and execution, compiling reports, and gathering essential information to advance their objectives. You will be expected to pinpoint areas needing attention and formulate processes to enhance business growth and sustainability.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Establish and uphold effective systems and procedures to ensure operational control across various business sectors.
  • Organize large-scale meetings, including venue selection, catering, and agenda preparation, primarily within local settings.
  • Assist in the drafting and preparation of legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with franchise locations nationwide to enhance customer satisfaction, including managing online feedback.
  • Support the executive team in nurturing significant partner relationships.
  • Maintain and update all company forms and operational manuals.
  • Facilitate the dissemination of new product implementation information throughout the franchise network.
  • Oversee office equipment and supply inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with control measures on behalf of the President and other executives.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and participants in training sessions.
  • Manage daily reporting tasks, primarily utilizing MS Excel, for the executive team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior management in a dynamic work environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce experience.
  • Familiarity with geographical mapping software is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of 55+ words per minute.
