Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the organization by providing essential support to top-level executives.

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional to assist our company's leadership team, including the CEO and President/CFO, in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize the executives' extensive calendars, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and taking messages.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements for in-person meetings, off-site events, team-building activities, and conferences.
- Accurately document minutes and key points during important meetings, and maintain action item lists using various tools such as One Note and Outlook.

- Act as a dependable liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that vital priorities and messages are communicated effectively and promptly.

- Prepare necessary correspondence, including memos and emails, as required.
- Monitor incoming communications, summarizing critical information and relaying necessary action steps to relevant parties within the organization.

- Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reports for the CEO and President/CFO as directed.
- Perform general office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and ensuring the workspace meets cleanliness standards.

- Lead significant office projects and planning initiatives as they arise.
- Complete various ad hoc projects, reports, and analyses for the executive team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative capacity.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A positive attitude is essential in a dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
