About the Role:

This Regional Sales Director role is a key position within our sales team, responsible for leading the expansion and launch of our products into the Nephrology market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of success.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, developing and executing business plans, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers in expanding and launching our products into the Nephrology market
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on customer needs and exceed business goals
  • Coach and develop direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

The salary for this role is estimated to be $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
