Director of Business Development and Strategy

The Regional Business Development Director will play a key role in guiding the Business Development team within the Travel industry in North America. This senior leader will be responsible for driving orderbook and pipeline creation, ensuring sustainable revenue and margin growth.
The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in a similar senior sales leadership role in Travel (Airlines, Hospitality, Car rental or Cruise Lines) within IT Services. A proven track record of delivering significant orderbook, revenue and margin growth across a diverse portfolio is essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving orderbook and pipeline creation, ensuring sustainable revenue and margin growth
- Creating and evolving the global go-to-market strategy for the Travel industry, identifying industry challenges and relevant Endava solutions
- Actively managing and developing the pipeline within accounts to achieve business growth targets
This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
