Job Description

The Regional Sales Business Developer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including revenue growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $128,000 per year
