Job Responsibilities

:

• Welcome and assist all visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor, directing them to the necessary office resources.

• Organize and manage recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and associated employer services on-site.

• Oversee the management of online office technology platforms, including relevant applications.

• Handle logistics and execution for various events.

• Coordinate the distribution of career resource materials in both digital and print formats.

• Supervise annual data collection processes for the office.

• Aid in the coordination of cadet assistant responsibilities.

• Ensure confidentiality of student records in accordance with university policies and applicable laws.

• Manage incoming communications via phone and email.

• Support office evaluation activities.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Experience in budget management, including the calculation and reconciliation of financial data.

• Skilled in organizing information and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.

• Capable of conducting research, summarizing findings, and formulating recommendations.

• Proficient in drafting correspondence and completing reports and forms.

• Ability to plan and coordinate administrative support for various programs and events.

Additional Considerations


• Completion of college-level coursework in accounting or business, or equivalent experience or training.

• Background in event management, including logistical planning and execution.
