Job Summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • PCB Assembly: Build and assemble PCBs using a variety of components, including through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) components.
  • Soldering and Repair: Perform hand-soldering and repair of PCBs, including trace cuts and adding jumpers.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners and component location equipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test PCBs to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCB assembly and soldering.
  • Skills: Advanced component identification skills, soldering skills that meet IPC-A-610 Class 3, and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
