Position: Site Manager

Overview:

The Site Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of site operations to meet and exceed client expectations. This role involves direct engagement with site activities, ensuring that maintenance management protocols are adhered to and that operational goals are achieved. Key competencies required for this position include leadership, effective communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal diplomacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and hands-on support for facility management functions, including safety compliance, performance metrics, work order management, inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent repair services.
  • Oversee and mentor site personnel, fostering staff development through performance evaluations, training initiatives, and thorough documentation.
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and expectation management within established goals and budgetary constraints. Availability for on-call and after-hours support as needed.
  • Manage operational workload in alignment with the designated budget.
  • Lead the creation and execution of operational programs assigned to the role.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business-related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A minimum of five to ten years of experience in management or supervisory roles within a facility maintenance context.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver management-level presentations. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting safety policies and procedural manuals. Capable of composing routine reports and correspondence, and effectively presenting information in both individual and group settings.
  • Proficient in computer applications including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and work order systems.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
