Position: Site Manager

Overview:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating the activities at designated sites to ensure that the requirements of clients are met or surpassed. This role entails performing essential duties personally or through subordinate supervisors, ensuring that maintenance management specifications and scopes are effectively coordinated and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and hands-on support for facility management operations at the site, encompassing safety protocols, performance metrics, work order management, inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent repair services.
  • Supervise site personnel and facilitate staff development through performance management, training initiatives, and documentation processes.
  • Establish and maintain a robust business relationship with clients, focusing on effective communication, issue resolution, and expectation management within established goals and budgets. Availability for on-call and after-hours support as needed.
  • Manage workloads in alignment with the established budgetary constraints.
  • Lead the creation and execution of operational programs for which responsibility has been assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of five to ten years of experience in management or supervisory roles within a facility maintenance context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with developed presentation capabilities at the management level. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting instructions, including safety policies and procedural manuals. Competent in drafting routine reports and correspondence, with the ability to effectively present information in both individual and small group settings.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as work order systems.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
