Position: Site Manager

Overview:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and executing the activities at designated sites to ensure that client expectations are not only met but surpassed. This role involves direct engagement in essential functions or delegation through subordinate leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and hands-on support for facility management tasks at the site, focusing on safety, performance metrics, work order management, inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs.
  • Supervise site personnel and facilitate their professional development, including performance evaluations, training initiatives, and documentation processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and expectation management within established goals and budget constraints.
  • Manage operational workloads in alignment with budgetary guidelines.
  • Lead the creation and execution of operational programs for which the Site Manager is accountable.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five to ten years of experience in management or supervisory roles within a facility maintenance context.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with developed presentation capabilities. Proficient in interpreting safety policies and procedural manuals, and skilled in producing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
