Position: Site Manager

Overview:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating site activities to ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role involves hands-on management of maintenance specifications and scopes, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver leadership and hands-on maintenance support across all facility management functions, including safety protocols, performance metrics, work order management, inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs.
  • Supervise site personnel, fostering staff development through performance management, training, and documentation processes.
  • Establish and maintain robust business relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and expectation management within budgetary constraints. Provide on-call support as necessary.
  • Manage workloads in alignment with established financial parameters.
  • Lead the creation and execution of operational programs assigned to the role.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five to ten years of experience in management or supervisory roles within a facility maintenance context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with developed presentation capabilities. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting safety policies and procedure manuals, as well as writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in computer applications including email and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
