About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Termite Control Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service delivery of our Terminix products to valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns or questions.
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for individuals who are personable, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for interacting with customers and explaining services provided.
  • Detailed-oriented and safety-conscious individuals who understand the importance of adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for performing calculations related to service delivery.
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
