About the Role

As a Termite Control Specialist at Terminix, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service delivery of our termite control products to valued customers. This is a key front-line position that requires a high level of customer interaction, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accurate and effective treatment
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, applying anti-termite treatments according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns or questions
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
