Role Overview:
The Bilingual Early Childhood Program Supervisor plays a crucial role in guiding a team of home visitors who deliver Early Head Start home-based services to families. This position involves overseeing the implementation of educational and family support services, ensuring that our programs effectively contribute to the development of children while recognizing parents as their children's primary educators.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support home visiting staff, conducting quarterly observations of curriculum implementation.
2. Provide reflective supervision to home visitors bi-monthly and weekly for new staff.
3. Ensure all family goals are tracked and referrals are documented in the ChildPlus system.
4. Assist in the transition of children to Head Start programs or other preschool options.
5. Oversee the development of educational plans and family assessments, ensuring adherence to the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Conscious Discipline curricula.
6. Monitor documentation of each child's progress and development through the COR system.
7. Evaluate home visiting staff performance in accordance with Head Start standards and agency policies.
8. Collaborate with various specialists to ensure compliance with health, disabilities, and enrollment standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood or family support programs, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices for children aged 0-3.

Compensation:
We believe in fair and equitable compensation for all employees. The expected base annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $88,000, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
