We are seeking a full-time Lead Coordinator for Early Childhood Programs to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements through regular updates and revisions to systems, policies, and procedures, including monthly reporting and budget management.
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of systems related to policy and procedure updates, addressing any areas of non-compliance.
  • Deliver direct support to parents and caregivers to strengthen their relationships and enhance the well-being of the infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in our care.
  • Engage actively with community partners and stakeholders to foster relationships and support parents as advocates for their children.
  • Collaborate with other agency programs and groups to meet client needs and expand service offerings, while working alongside fellow Site Supervisors to achieve program objectives.
  • Provide direct assistance to parents regarding concerns related to parenting and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution is required.
  • An advanced degree in a related field with at least 21 credit hours in Child Development is preferred.
  • Possession of either a Gateways to Opportunity Level I Director's credential or 3 credits in administration, leadership, or management.
Physical Requirements:
  • While performing essential duties, the employee must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, communicate effectively, and use hands and fingers for various tasks.
  • Close visual acuity is necessary for activities such as data analysis and computer use.
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds may be required.
