Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at JX Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills in sales and customer partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with unique solutions to their transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a customer base through daily cold calling and updating of information in a CRM.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry and local market to gain a competitive edge.
- Complete formal sales training available through the organization's employee development department.
- Satisfy customer needs through solution-based selling of equipment and direction towards the organization's other offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with independent owner/operators, business owners, transportation managers, and municipality officials.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail preferred.
- Mechanical understanding enough to learn specifications of complex, customizable equipment.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL required, or willingness and ability to obtain.
- Total Compensation: $65,000 - $150,000 /yr. (Base salary + UNCAPPED commission program; Volume Bonus available).
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
