Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to join our team at Olameter. As a key player in our business development process, you will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and project requirements to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant project information and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, upload and update bid records in Salesforce, and ensure all proposals are submitted on time.
  • Prepare and write comprehensive proposals for turn-key projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proposal writing experience within the construction or engineering sectors, specifically focusing on turn-key projects.
  • Proficiency in proposal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in both English and French preferred.
