Business Development Specialist

John Grace Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for educating and marketing our services to lead sources in the field.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company that has been serving West Michigan for over 10 years. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain marketing routes as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- Track and report required visits in John Grace's CRM system.
- Distribute approved marketing materials by target market.
- Adhere to departmental metrics that drive John Grace marketing efforts and participate in weekly reporting.
- Manage marketing spending within an established budget as outlined by the Business Development Manager.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective lead sources.
- Ensure consistent adherence to established John Grace marketing processes.
- Maintain positive company reputation through helpful, informative and authentic interactions.
- Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of company lead source information.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in lead source relationship development.
- Ability to function in a high stress environment that can change daily while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong technological capabilities.
- Superior communication skills, able to communicate with lead sources, teammates, and management.
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process (preferred).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Professional, organized, team focused and detail oriented.
- Ability to determine priority and balance competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
