Welsh & Associates is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across North America.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the manufactured and engineered products market.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and maintaining customer relationships in current and future markets
  • Directing sales efforts with an emphasis on core business products
  • Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and margins
  • Increasing market position and developing new business relationships
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to educate and expand the customer base
  • Providing effective technical support for products
  • Delivering sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
  • Representing the company at trade association meetings and shows
  • Traveling as required within the United States and globally (20% on average)

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/credentials in business or engineering, as well as strong leadership, decision-making, and management skills.
