Key Responsibilities
This position entails owning the large-scale event demand generation process, implementing industry best practices to enhance customer experiences globally, and continuously refining strategies based on analytical insights.

  • Lead efforts to standardize demand generation strategies and online experiences for high-profile in-person and virtual events globally, enabling regional marketing teams to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse array of global and regional stakeholders to define the overarching strategy for digital marketing and lead generation campaigns, including project management, development, quality assurance of campaign materials, implementation, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee planning and reporting processes, ensuring that all teams have the necessary information and resources to effectively execute their priorities.
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate with stakeholders to support feasibility assessments, registration, attendance, and pipeline objectives.
  • Manage the creation and optimization of marketing content essential for driving demand, including emails, landing pages, and templates, to facilitate scalable digital marketing efforts across various MarTech tools.
  • Identify and disseminate best practices for audience targeting, database management, and digital channel performance measurement.
  • Report on key performance indicators and metrics (primarily registration, attendance, and channel engagement) and leverage insights to enhance processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with central and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance metrics for digital channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and resources as necessary to enhance team capacity for executing campaigns with a strong return on investment.

Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to establish and implement a global strategy aimed at driving demand generation for premier events at scale. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of demand generation, from strategic planning and development to execution, reporting, and optimization.
