Verizon Customer Support Specialist

We are a dynamic consulting sales and marketing firm, ProSol, helping our clients maximize their profitability and brand exposure through innovative revenue capabilities. We are seeking a self-motivated entry-level Verizon Customer Support Representative to assist with our firm's strategic marketing and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in direct communication with customers, providing expert product knowledge and educating them on their desired product inquiries.
- Research target markets to identify and engage with new and existing customers, bolstering our sales pipeline.
- Communicate product features and benefits based on individualized customer needs.
- Address customer objections and answer questions throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries.
- Attend regular product training sessions with teammates and upper-level management.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly recommended.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- A tenacious and growth-oriented mindset.
- A driven work ethic with impeccable time management skills.
- A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
