We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven entry-level Verizon Customer Service Associate to assist with our firm's strategic marketing and sales campaigns. As the face and voice of our brand, our ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales directives, building quality relationships with new clientele, and maintaining existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct communication with customers, providing expert product knowledge and educating them on their desired product inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify new and existing customers, enhancing our sales pipeline.
  • Communicate product features and benefits based on individualized customer needs.
  • Address customer objections and answer questions throughout the sales process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions with the customer service team and upper-level management.

Requirements for Success:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
  • A strong desire for growth and knowledge.
  • A driven mindset with impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic.
