Job Overview

At TestEquity, we're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests for information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers, providing assistance with orders, quotes, and general inquiries.
  • Manage our shared customer support inbox, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform general account management tasks, including updating customer information and resolving account-related issues.
  • Provide order status updates to customers via phone or email.
  • Assist customers via web chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond appropriately to customer requests for information, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales-related customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Microsoft Office skills and knowledge, including data entry.
  • Prior experience utilizing an ERP system.
