Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
