Job Title: Client Liaison

Job Summary:

The Client Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring HealthMark Group clients remain loyal and satisfied by providing best-in-class service. This person is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients to ensure their service needs are handled timely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the client's official liaison to quickly address their needs and concerns.
  • Know and understand the client's needs and expectations for success.
  • Expedite client issues to mitigate friction or noise that negatively impacts their work.
  • Keep clients informed of relevant HealthMark educational information and tips.
  • Manage and track client satisfaction to prevent dissatisfaction or loss of account.

Requirements:

  • College degree or at least 3 years of experience working with client accounts.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) that demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and positivity.
  • Expert in cross-functional collaborations and communications.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work independently.
