Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Enhance Recruiting. This critical role involves managing and communicating with various resources to ensure client and company goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal support and serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients.
  • Support all internal departments, including Creative Services, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finishing.
  • Estimate and provide quotes to customers.
  • Process and verify purchase orders.
  • Establish delivery times on orders and track them through the production process.
  • Record customer changes and process them through production.
  • Analyze warehouse items and replenish based on data analysis with management approval.
  • Support teams to ensure proper design and execution of orders.
  • Identify required materials to ensure the successful completion of orders.
  • Analyze and purchase bulk buys on litho and top sheets with management approval.
  • Monitor production processes for communication purposes, including fulfillment, shipping, and logistics requirements.
  • Track warehouse items, orders milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the corrugated packing and/or POP display manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of structural/graphic arts, lithographic printing, pre-press, and fabrication is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Amtech, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, management, and development.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple challenges, and deal with various situations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Must work well under pressure with multiple interruptions.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
