Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Account Manager at Lee Thornton - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Insurance Expertise: Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers, while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Dedication to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Skills: Ability to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
