Field Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Development Specialist to join our team at Kumon North America, Inc. As a Field Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our franchisees, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Franchise Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees to ensure they are meeting company standards and goals.
- Center Development: Work with franchisees to develop and implement strategies to increase center profitability and performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to franchisees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with franchisees, regional directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a franchise or business development role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
