Global Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in positioning AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
- Lead Amazon Bedrock for ISVs GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams.
- Leverage deep domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy.
- Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers.
- Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.

- 5+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- 2+ years of experience with machine learning, AI, or GenAI/LLM in a business development/partner capacity.
- Experience interfacing with GenAI/ML customers and partners, with deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition.
- Hands-on understanding of deep learning and other ML algorithms with hands-on experience running pilots and POCs to demonstrate capabilities to prospects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders.
- Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives, building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts.
- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
