Job Title: Residential Sales Representative - Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. in Columbia, Missouri.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and diagnose customer garage door problems to provide customized solutions.
  • Design and present door solutions to homeowners in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and contractors to drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of two years outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
