Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Foster Strong Business Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Grow Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your sales and business development skills to drive revenue growth.
- Commitment to Safety: Collaborate with our field employees to ensure safety protocols are being upheld, conducting regular safety walkouts and reviewing safety check-lists.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Regularly check-in with clients and field employees to gauge satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Share best practices and maintain open communication with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for frequent travel to client sites.
