Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and collaborating with regional sales forces to deliver premier customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance
  • Collaborate with regional sales forces to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide same-day responses to customer inquiries
  • Process credit and return requests
  • Perform daily maintenance to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combined education and experience
  • Experience in customer service and high-volume calls
  • Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
Preferred Skills
  • Forklift experience and certification
  • Warehouse experience
