Sales Representative

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive new sales for Snapology of Columbia. The selected candidate will formulate and oversee the sales strategy, ensuring that all inquiries are effectively guided through the sales process. This individual will also collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies aimed at generating sufficient sales leads to achieve or surpass annual growth objectives. The role necessitates effective internal communication and collaboration, as well as representing Snapology with professionalism in the external market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and implementation of the sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team, including the development of long-term plans and objectives for optimal market penetration;
• Manage initial inquiries from potential clients through various communication channels;
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing customers to support internal growth and fulfill development objectives;
• Oversee all necessary documentation for new programs and ensure accurate entry into Snapology's operational system;
• Engage in sales-related projects and initiatives as directed by management;
• Coordinate opportunities for renewals and upselling;
• Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a related sales role.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with local partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- This position offers a commission-based compensation structure:
• 20% of total revenue collected minus facility fees for new sales
• 10% of total revenue collected minus facility fees for renewal sales.
