Position Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to drive new business for Snapology of Columbia. The selected candidate will formulate and oversee the company's sales initiatives, ensuring that all inquiries are effectively managed throughout the sales process. Additionally, this individual will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies aimed at generating sufficient sales leads to achieve or surpass annual growth objectives. This position requires strong internal collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to represent Snapology with professionalism in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies in partnership with the leadership team, including setting long-term goals and objectives for optimal market penetration.
• Address initial inquiries from potential clients through various communication channels.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to support internal growth and fulfill development objectives.
• Manage all necessary documentation for new programs and ensure accurate entry into Snapology's operational system.
• Engage in sales-related projects and initiatives as directed by management.
• Coordinate opportunities for renewals and upselling.
• Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications:
• Relevant sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Compensation:
• This position operates on a commission-based compensation structure:
20% of total revenue collected, minus facility fees, for new sales.
10% of total revenue collected, minus facility fees, for renewal sales.
