Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Analyze and diagnose each customer's garage door problems, design customized door solutions, and make in-home sales presentations that include product samples and design software.
  • Relationship Building: Build solid, long-lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to prospect with remodel contractors and HOA's, expanding your territory and driving sales growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards, providing timely and accurate estimates and proposals to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, with a high sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
