Position Overview

Department: Maintenance with additional support in Human Resources

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with occasional flexibility as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution center setting
  • Strong attention to detail; precision is essential
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to recognize and respond to urgent tasks
  • Capability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Ability to follow instructions and directions accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous
  • Familiarity with SAP, Baseware, or Maintenance Connection is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a Maintenance Office environment, with a designated workspace in a standard office area

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
