HR Coordinator

Vance & Hines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR and payroll functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing time and attendance, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll and Time & Attendance Support:
- Review and ensure accuracy of payroll data, including missed punches and time off requests.
- Manage time and attendance in Kronos, ensuring all missed punches are corrected and time off requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Organize and distribute payroll checks and ACH statements to employees.
- Administrative:
- Complete new hire orientation and onboarding on ADP.
- Review and process status change forms, ensuring all required information is complete and signatures are obtained.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, including employee files and HR documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in payroll and HR, with a focus on administrative support.
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll platforms, including ADP WorkforceNow.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
